〜 航空機チャーターサービスを欧州・アジアで相互に活用 〜

シェアジェットインターナショナル社（本社：米国グアム準州、ShareJet International LLC）は、ドイツ最大の国際航空会社であるルフトハンザドイツ航空（本社：ドイツ国ケルン市、Deutsche Lufthansa AG）とビジネス航空機の運用に関する包括的マーケティング業務契約を締結し、両グループが持つ欧州および日本を含むアジアでのネットワークを相互に活用することと致しました。

シェアジェット社は、２００３年３月に双日株式会社とエイシーアイパシフィック社（本社：米国グアム準州、ACI Pacific LLC）と共同でアジアを中心としたビジネス航空機の運航を目的に設立され、ビジネス航空機の運航・整備・管理事業を行っています。また、ルフトハンザドイツ航空は、２００５年４月より世界各地から同社の定期便でドイツ国に到着した顧客を欧州各地にビジネス航空機で輸送し、乗り継ぎ時の手続きを短時間で済ませ、滞在期間を短縮する「ルフトハンザプライベートジェット（LPJ）」というサービスを欧州で開始し、順調に利用者を増やしています。

ルフトハンザドイツ航空は、欧州におけるLPJ サービスの成功をもとに同社の
定期便でアジア主要都市に到着し、アジア各都市を訪問する顧客に対しても同様の
サービスへの需要が期待できるとし、アジア地域におけるビジネス航空機の運航からチャーター販売までを請け負う戦略的パートナーを探していましたが、アジア地域でのビジネス航空機事業の拡大をもくろむシェアジェット社とチャーター便の相互販売から開始し、将来的には共同運航までを計画することで合意に至りました。シェアジェット社はアジアでの顧客動向や同地域でこれまでに培ったビジネス航空事業での豊富なノウハウを提供します。

March 31, 2006 - Guam - ShareJet expands its aviation services offering by entering into aircraft acquisition and sales with a particular focus on the Asia/Pacific region. In order to bring the best value to potential aircraft owners, ShareJet and Jetcraft announced the formation of a strategic alliance that will offer Jetcraft’s unique ability to source and deliver new (and used) aircraft from the manufacturer or marketplace. This has been successfully accomplished by Jetcraft securing early new aircraft positions, either as a principal or a buyer’s representative, thereby reducing the wait times for potential aircraft acquirers and offering flexibility in transaction structuring and completion options. ShareJet will bring added-value through its expertise in aircraft acquisition and sales specific to Asia and elsewhere.

February 25, 2004 - Singapore - ShareJet and Dassault Falcon today announced that they have entered into advanced negotiations for a Falcon 50 aircraft to be placed on ShareJet's charter certificate and offered for charter out of Singapore.

Hong Kong - 28th January 2004 - Business aircraft charter operator ShareJet today announced an international marketing partnership with Hyatt International Hotels and Resorts. The new partnership agreement will see ShareJet and Hyatt expand their relationship by initiating cross-marketing efforts to offer clients simplified access to personalized private air transportation and hotel services.

March 1, 2003 - Tiyan, Guam - ShareJet was launched in March 2003 and is a joint venture between Guam based ACI Pacific LLC and Japanese general trading company Sojitz Corporation (formally Nissho Iwai Corporation). This documents tells the success story of this venture.
